Ciudad del Saber, IE BSchool and Senacyt are organizing a program for Fintech Startups, this unique experience will take place in Panamá from the 12th to the 20th of June.
With the main goal of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, the three partners have developed this new and pioneering initiative aimed to concentrate all key stakeholders both in Panama and internationally.
The Program includes two different modules:
An intensive Acceleration Program for Fintech Startups. The startups selected for the program will take part of in an acceleration program with experts and mentors from IE Business School. The call for Startups to apply will be opened until the 28th of April 2019, and the acceleration program will take place from the 12th till 19th June.
A great entrepreneurial event open to public where speakers, startups and international investors come together. The event will take place on the 20th June 2019.

The finalists from the FINTECH WORLD CHALLENGE 2019 will be undertaking part of the Startup Acceleration Program in Ciudad Del Saber, implementing their range and impact through an incubator program designed by IE Business School.
We will identify the 10 best startups as the best solutions in the market for giving an approach to the banking products and services to people excluded to financial services. The main vision of this program is to train and help Startups to enhance their impact through the main actors of this change – public and private sectors as well as the external funds. Furthermore, the 3 best startups of this competition will have the opportunity to work in Ciudad del Saber, Panamá for at least 3 months in order to develop their company in the country and test their ideas as an opportunity to expand their company in this region.
